1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
- Customized or clearance sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at insocketsales@insocketlights.com or call +91 90929 04412 with your order details.
- Once approved, you may ship the product back to our return address. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective/damaged).
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- In case of defective or damaged items, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
